Aug 22, 2007 The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia has proposed amendments to the court's Local Rules which are available for comment. A copy of the amendments can be obtained by contacting the Clerk's Office in Macon, Georgia, or a copy of the changes can be reviewed or printed from the court's web page. Comments must be sent to the Clerk of Court by mail or E-Mail no later than October 15, 2007. Click here to review the proposed amendments.

The text of rule LBR 90014.1 was incorrectly located in the previous release of the rules. That formatting error has now been corrected.

The following rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia are hereby amended effective September 2, 2002:

LBR 1015-1, LBR 2002-1, LBR 9004-1, LBR 9010-1,

LBR 1019-1,  LBR 3015-3, LBR 9007-1

The rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia are further amended by adding LBR 9014-1.
