The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia has proposed amendments to the court's Local Rules which are available for comment. A copy of the amendments can be obtained by contacting the Clerk's Office in Macon, Georgia, or a copy of the changes can be reviewed or printed below. Comments must be sent to the Clerk of Court by mail or E-Mail no later than March 13, 2009.

District of Georgia are hereby amended effective September 2, 2002:

LBR 1019-1, LBR 3015-3, LBR 9007-1
The rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of
Georgia are further amended by adding LBR 9014-1.

* The version posted is updated as of June 11, 2009. Earlier versions had a format error that omitted paragraph LBR 9004-1 (c)6. That paragraph was not eliminated by the recent amendments, is still in effect and has been restored to the current copy of the rules posted above.
