Miscellaneous Fee Schedule Effective December 1, 2023
At its March 2023 and September 2023 sessions, on the recommendation of the Committee on Court Administration and Case Management (CACM), the Judicial Conference approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the appellate, district, and bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules, as well as on the Court of Federal Claims and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation miscellaneous fee schedules pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1913, 1914, 1930, 1926, and 1932, respectively. These changes are scheduled to become effective December 1, 2023. A new fee schedule will be published on our website at that time.
