NEW: Unclaimed Funds Locator

On December 2, 2019, the court made active the national “Unclaimed Funds Locator” searchable database module, which is part of a Judiciary-wide effort to assist legitimate claimants in receiving funds held by the court as Unclaimed Funds. The module can be located on the court’s website at http://www.gamb.uscourts.gov/USCourts/unclaimed-funds. The database will allow parties to search for unclaimed funds using criteria such as claimant’s name, case number, date of funds receipt, and/or amount. We have also updated our unclaimed funds process by adopting nationally promulgated official forms, which can also be found on the Unclaimed Funds page.
