Copies of court proceedings can also be obtained on a compact disc. The price is $31.00 for EACH disc. Each disc contains approximately 70 minutes of recording.
The court recorder will calculate the estimated charges based on the method chosen and direct you to the transcribing agency for payment. It is the policy of the court that payments be received by the transcriptionist prior to beginning work on the transcript. There are 2 methods of payment: First, payment can be made via credit card by calling the transcriptionist directly. If you choose this method, the court recorder preparing the request will email the transcriptionist with the estimated amount along with your name and advising that you will be paying via credit card. Second, a firm check can be mailed directly to the transcription agency. The Clerk's Office will provide all necessary forms, etc. to the transcriptionist once we have been notified that payment was made via credit card.
